Workers install last week the restroom facilities at Rocky Hill Park, Phase 2. The second half of the roughly 14-acre park is wrapping up this fall. The park, located at Mission Avenue and Winrock Street, offers playing fields, basketball courts, a bocce court, picnic facility, tennis courts and more.
