New to Liberty Lake, Twisp Café and Coffee House is under renovation and may open by mid-November at 23505 E. Appleway Ave., Ste. 100. Owner Amy Snoddy of Spokane Valley said the coffee shop will offer a drive-through and in-house espresso, pastries and breakfast and lunch items. The nearly 1,800-square-foot coffee house is next to Anytime Fitness.
