Three Liberty Lake girls recently competed in the Ironkids triathlon in Seattle. Sarah Cartee finished second in her age division and third overall among girl competitors; Lily Johnson finished second in her age division and sixth overall among girls; and Makena Dodson finished first in her age division, as well as first overall among intermediate females in the competition. All three qualified to participate in Ironkids nationals in St. Petersburg, Fla.
