Palenque Mexican Restaurant will cater the meal, and tickets are $10. The featured speaker will be Dr. Jon Keeve, a Liberty Lake resident and orthopedic surgeon who will discuss SIGN, a surgical implant generation network. SIGN, a Kiwanis International-supported organization, has 144 programs in 49 developing countries, 3,000 SIGN surgeons and more than 36,000 patients. SIGN provides implants, surgical skills and education to fix fractures.
