“Tulips and Tea” Spring Tea |

“Tulips and Tea,” will be at noon April 25 to benefit the Liberty Lake Municipal Library.
The fifth annual spring tea, sponsored by the Friends of the Liberty Lake Municipal Library.
It will feature a silent auction, Friends merchandise and guest speaker Carolyn Starner, author of “Emerald Journey, A Walk Through Northwest Gardens.”
Tickets are $15 and may be purchased from a Friends member or at the library, 23123 E. Mission Ave.
Participants also are welcome to bring a personal teacup and share its history.
