Man who shot LL teen gets life in prison
Hope - 7/1/2008

Juan Manuel Rios -- the man who shot and injured three Meridian college students including one from Liberty Lake last fall outside a house party so he could steal their wallets -- will never leave prison for the rest of his life.

Liberty Lake resident Austin Askins, 19, was shot in the mouth in the random shooting.
