Local elections turn ugly

Liberty Lake City Councilman Brian Sayrs, a Democratic candidate for Spokane County Commissioner, has been accused of stealing yard signs by his opponent. Republican incumbent Mark Richard says he may pursue criminal charges. Sayrs says it's a case of mistaken identity. Here's a link to the full story (may require registration).
