LL Good Samaritan catches shoplifter

In a strange twist of events, Scott E. Hughes, a Liberty Lake resident, has tracked down a shoplifter he mistook for a victim in a scuffle at Wal-Mart last month that resulted in the suspect getting away, the security guard suffering a skull fracture and Hughes being charged with third-degree assault on an officer.
