LL couple's restaurant burns

The Churchill Steakhouse in Spokane, owned by Liberty Lake couple Bill and Renie Alles, was damaged in a fire Thursday. The fire charred much of the Joel building in downtown Spokane.
The restaurant also sustained flood damage last winter after a water pipe burst.
